CSEP | Executive Producer
Meghan Jarrell
Meghan is a Certified Special Events Professional with 18 years of event management experience. She founded Moxxie Concepts in 2017. She has led leadership and art conferences, 1,200-person luncheons, civic events with Mayor Mattie Parker, groundbreaking ceremonies, and nonprofit galas that have raised over $1 million. Her work consistently drives increased attendance and fundraising results across a wide variety of audiences and event formats. This native Texan is passionate about people, strategic and intentional in her approach, and brings endless energy as an outdoor enthusiast, unapologetic animal lover, and jigsaw puzzle aficionado.
Project Manager
Adrienne Metzig
Adrienne has been managing projects and people for her entire career. She has supported high-level executives and coordinated large-scale programs. With degrees in Human Development and Family Studies and a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, Adrienne brings a people-centered, solution-oriented approach to every project. She thrives on organization, communication, and details that keep projects running smoothly. Since joining the Moxxie family in 2023, Adrienne has become the backbone of the agency—keeping projects aligned, herding all the cats, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.


Event Experience Coordinator
Jocelyne Fagaragan
Jocelyne is the calm in the chaos and the connector between creative vision and flawless execution. She manages client communications, vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines to ensure every event flows seamlessly from concept to completion. She thrives in the details: coordinating logistics, designing event layouts, vision boards, and keeping our project management systems (and team) organized and on track. With Jocelyne's mix of structure and style, she brings strategy, efficiency, and creative polish to every project she touches.
Events Assistant
Madeline Baumann
Madeline brings energy, organization, and creativity to every event she touches! With a background in Marketing and Psychology from Texas Christian University, she knows how to blend strategy and storytelling to create unforgettable experiences. At Moxxie Concepts, Madeline helps turn big ideas into seamless, joy-filled events—from managing vendors and coordinating logistics to crafting engaging social content that captures each event's unique vibe. Her experience with TCU and Clemson Athletics honed her skills in game-day coordination, fan engagement, and creative promotions, all of which she now channels into elevating Moxxie's signature experiences. When she's not on site or behind the scenes bringing visions to life, you can find Madeline cheering on college sports or planning her next travel adventure.

Catherine Walker
Catherine brings energy and expertise to every event, from high-impact corporate gatherings to vibrant campus experiences. With a knack for seamless logistics, creative marketing, and budget savings, she's passionate about turning big ideas into unforgettable moments. Whether coordinating with executives or rallying volunteers, Catherine makes every event shine!
Associate Producer
Marie Adams
Marie has been executing events since 2011. She started event management by overseeing weddings while working at a country club in Houston. Since then, she has expanded her portfolio to include managing high-performance racing events with 500+ participants at racetracks all over the country. Marie's strength lies in logistics and practicality—balancing out the big-picture vision with grounded execution. She keeps events on track, details in order, and ensures the team stays focused from start to finish. She has been on the Moxxie team since the beginning! As our Chief Common Sense Officer, Marie is team-focused, a high-level problem solver, a timeline master, and brings endless positive energy to everything she does. When she's not working her magic, you can find this professional jump roper fishing or speaking her love language: food.

Moxxie Concepts is a dream come-to-fruition, by owner and self-proclaimed go-getter, Meghan Jarrell. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Texas State University in San Marcos, Meghan entered the corporate world gaining hands-on experience in hospitality, high-end customer service, and non-profit event management.

Meghan spent her 20s taking notes of the best practices and not-so-best practices of event planning and execution, through her first-hand experience and very own blood, sweat and tears. Embracing her out-of-the-box thinking, she launched her own venture, sharing her unique “moxie” with the world. Thus, Moxxie Concepts was born…
